This is my buddy/mentor's truck. You might notice a few things don't seem right.






Not a truck, but a nice old Ford

Dang!! Those all are pretty nice rides.

BTW, what's not right with the first truck? You mentioned it, I'm curious.

The only thing that I see on the '40 Ford PU is that the grill seems to be split in a weird place. Looks like a really nice one as well as the Model A, the Model A truck, the 42? truck and your 51 or 52 looks like a great start. Nice pics!

The cab is a 42, the rear fenders are 47, the front end is a 40 deluxe sedan. The front end took extensive work to get it to look right, the hood was stretched, cut, and stretched again every which way, fenders were re-arched (if that's a word) The running boards were reworked to fit the contours of the fenders. I am hoping to learn a few tricks from him

Looks good, I have always like the '41-42 design. It's on the list of vehicles I want but will never have.

That model A is a beauty, as is the jailbar truck. Wish they were mine.
