Speedo/toe

Hello guys I've got two questions
1st
What the toe supported to be on our vans mine is a 93 2wd. I've heard 1/16th of an inch inwards in the front?

2nd
I'm running 70r tires and I thing it's supposed to be 75r or something. Anyways my speedo is off by about 5 mph on the interstate. My question is is it a electronic thing or does it actually have a gear? I have a 96 bronco and I put 35s on it speedo was way off but went in and reset it on the speedo. Didn't know if I could do this on the van to or if it has a gear

Thanks guys

I don't have the specs in front of me, but that sounds about right.

What size rims are you running? Factory?

OEM wheels/size were 215/70r14 with optional 215/75r14.

As for adjusting the Speedo, the cluster is the same in your Aero as what is in your Bronco. The clusters interchange between the F-series/Bronco/Aero of that era. You can adjust the PSOM by pulling the cluster and looking at the back of the Speedo.
