What electric pump are you running? Holley makes a decent one if you have a high pressure (12=psi) Mr Gasket/Spectre sell a dial type for a less powerful pump that you can get at AutoZone, Oreillys, Pep Boys, etc.

Has a used low budget spectre on it now...1-5.5# it is set at #3 on the dial .. which I assume means 3psi?? lots of folks on giving the spectres bad reviews. Have not pulled the electric fuel pump off to check specs.. did check fuel flow ith the spectre and it seems to work..from what i hear the old Holleys like 3-4 psi and no more....any other thoughts about that?? do hear holley makes a decent regulator.. would make sense to get regulator made by same folks that make carb..will prob order one to have on hand.

Holleys can use up to 6.5#, 5.5 to 6 is the norm. I would bump it up a bit if it were me.
