Who has long beds vs short beds...

Ok im starting to see most people have short beds... Anyone have the #'s on how many Long beds were made between 57-60 (specifically wondering about 59 but lets have them all) because I have a 59 long bed and all these others im seeing on the road and c list now are short beds... Im trying to figure out if there is like 1 long bed made for every 50 short beds or something...

And would be a cool time now for everyone to post a picture of theirs long or short or both.lol

59 long bed

No 4x4 just rear wheel drive. The second pic with the airplane has just the outside wheels on, that was taken right after I first got the truck on the road.

Nice little truck! Maybe we should trade.lol I have a hard time with the idea of a short bed because we own all long beds. And we stuff them. Id never be able to get away with a short bed but this build of mine wouldn't really be used for hauling so I could probably.lol But idk guess ill see how this goes!

Keep the pics coming all. Eye candy

I know the feeling. I sold my 81 F150 long bed for a 2000 F150 4x4 short bed. We do a lot of camping, and it took me years to get used to not having that extra 1.5' of bed

Ford actually used the wrong beds on some trucks, I could search for the thread but I always enjoy Numberdummys posts, so lets see if he'll chime in.

Never heard of them being called wrong beds, but mine is a short bed with the "notch" for spare tire...I thought all beds had the notch? Looking forward to a little education on the subject
