To Part out or not?

Im replacing my 6.4 and wonder if i should sell it complete or part it out? Also am getting rid of the hpfp, supposedly its been replaced by the dealer 2x but i suspect that they only reflashed it.

Guess it depends what's more important.
Money or Time.

Money = Parting you will make more but you will have to deal with no many different type of people and could be borderline maddening.

Time = Dump it take the money and move on.
