I can't believe it! The guy that sold me my truck was "less than truthful" about the engine. Short story is my engine looks to be seized. What is the standard procedure for trying to unseize it? When I look into the spark plug holes I can see a lot of rust and gunk. If there is an easy fix I'll try it. If not I'll just replace it for now and rebuild it when I have more time.
What will drop in to a 69, 352 c.i., 4x4? I will eventually reinstall the 352 as the truck is 100% original.

a 360, 390, 410, 427, 428 and 352 are both the same block, so should bolt right up, and parts are not all that rare. As for the seizure thing, i have heard of penetrating oil through the spark plug holes, but Im not sure.

well if your engine is seized up like you said,you are waisting your time to unseized it,rust isn't good and your engine will have to be disassembeled and the block will have to be bored out and new pistons and rings,if you do get it unseized you will break piston rings and if you do run it this way,if it does start you will have alot of blow by.belive me i just went through this on my 71 f100 240 6-cyl 3 speed manual.i replaced my engine with another 240 that has been rebuilt but less the cost of a rebuilt engine
