Suspension sag has nothing to do with tire selection. It's going to sag the same for a given load no matter what tire you use.
Where tire selection comes in to play is whether or not you get rubbing when it sags. Also whether or not a given tire can handle the load that's causing the sag.
If you meant tire sag, how far it crushes, yeah, that'd tire and load dependent.
