By the way, I saw your truck and it's story on the LMC website. Looking good. And funny story that you related to us. I put my 54 pictures and story in also.
Didn't get the chance. My planned half-day at work turned into a whole day. I will get over there as soon as I can though.

I'll have to take a look out on LMC's site for your truck.

JP, I'm now on the shady side of the river from you but grew up in Cincy and easily recognize that Wiedemann logo on the door. When I was a kid Cincy had 34+ main breweries and it seemed as if one would have trouble going more than four or five houses without finding someone making some form of 'Secret 7' in their basement.

If you quote his post and copy-and-paste his quote, it will show his name and the thread it refers to, so people can read the whole thing, if that is of interest to you.

Is it near you, Joe? That tailgate looks good. You could sell it to one of those guys that make benches out of tailgates. The right rear fender and right running board might be good. Sell them and it'll give you money for your headliner and insulation.....

Edzakory,
The truck looks like a Canadian F-47. The cowl letters on the cab appear to be "F-47" and the two tone paint with black fenders is a feature of Canadian built F-series. The photo looks like a western Canadian farm, likely here in Saskatchewan. Send me a link to the photo and I'll do some sleuthing around the net.

Found this on Facebook a while back, not a bad group for truck pics, more modern than vintage though

Was that a small concrete mixer truck?

Somebody better get that hood side trim before it falls off!

Last week, we went to Pensacola Beach for the week. One afternoon we ate at Flounders. Well they had this 53 Ford that is almost completely gone. Interesting that they call it a 46. It also had a Y-block in it. The engine was rusted so bad that I doubt there is any worthwhile parts on it.
