I bought the premium plus Warranty at the time of purchase. Mine is 84 mos/75,000 miles. I didn't know they had a 100k, but based on the yearly mileage I average, I'll run out of time before I run out of miles. I paid $1950. Is that a good deal? I don't know. I wanted it, and I got a great price on the truck, so I just went with it. Also, I planned on leaving the truck stock, i.e. no tune etc, otherwise I probably wouldn't have bought it. The small addition to the monthly payment is worth the piece of mind to me. Hope that helps, good luck.

Yes I seem to remember that is about what I was quoted - also on an XL - I wonder if certain years are different prices as if Ford knows that there are more issues with one year or model than another.
I have 2012 leftover - F350 SD standard cab 4x4 6.2 XL, 6 months old with 4,000 miles on it now - $2,000 is sort of my breaking point - less I will buy - more I will put that $2,000 in the bank for vehicle repairs.

This is what I am buying on my 2012 XL 4x4 auto with the 6.2 gas engine
I am paying $1789.00. No Tax - The below was his first offer - I e-mailed him back and asked if that was the best he could do and he lowered the price by $100.00 saying he didn't realize that the truck had been purchased as a left over and was therefore less than one year in service.
"I can do a PremiumCARE 6 yr / 75,000 mile plan with the standard $100
deductible for $1269.00, the 6 yr / 100,000 mile plan for $1694.00, or the
7 yr / 100,000 mile plan for $1889.00 on a 2012 F350 4x4"
I had to send him a photo of the mileage - my purchase order showing the date of purchase and we are good for 7 years 100,000 miles
