Help brake fluid

hi i am installing the whole system back brakes on my f100 56, I installed a new master cylinder "ccp" which indicates that use only DOT3, the fact is that here and for years it is not marketed as now used DOT4 and DOT5, my question is if there is any problem to use DOT4.
thanks

DOT 4 is the same as DOT 3 except it is synthetic and has a higher boiling point. I use it in all of my vehicles. You can use it with or instead of DOT 3.

DOT 5 is silicone and will not mix with anything other than silicone period. I say again, do not use DOT 5 unless manufacturer says so.

thanks for the reply, so there is no problem in using the DOT4, being strange to me that a new master cylinder put DOT3

I believe it is Prestone that sells DOT-3/4, available everywhere. Completely compatible with systems designed for -3, with the benefits of -4.

The above replies are correct.
Dot 4 is best for higher performance driving where the brake fluid gets hot for periods of time. I use it my race Corvettes.
Dot 3 is fine for normal everyday driving.
