January WAFTE meet

Well January is here, everyone's done and spent all their money, and had good food too boot. Time to get back to where we left off, a January meet.

So I'm ok with Jimmy macs again, I like the food and prices, how about the last weekend in Jan? The 24th is a friday, 25th a saturday. And around 5:30-6pm?

Since I'm new, is that Federal Way, Renton, or Everett?

I would be in either Friday or Saturday. I havent't been to one yet so may as well make it happen. Will be bringing the four of us as well.

Gruesome- Did you notice the color of March's truck?

That would be pretty cool if you did. They have plenty of seating at JM.

I did see it, and I'm happy that there is another green truck out there. If only we could get another 78-9 bronco.

It's green now, but started out as brown. Interior is still brown and the clear coat has failed on the cab. Also needs a little rust repair that I hope to do this winter. After that will be saving for new paint. Still undecided on future color...............

Had a 73 that was emerald lime green. Quintessential 70's!

I'd love to repaint my bronco the same color it is now. But that isn't in the cards right now... I've only got front brakes working for the time being and since the holidays are over, I can start buying parts again.

Uhh, everything. I need everything from master cyl, to the lines, and all in between. Luckily my drums and shoes/springs are all new. I need calipers, pads, hardware... I've got a shopping cart on JBG filled with everything I need. I just have to wait till my next paycheck to order.

Sean- one issue with that is weeding out the people who aren't involved. I could send one to everyone in the Washington chapter but that's a lot of PM's that don't need to be sent. I can write down each name, then manual input them into a mass PM, but that takes time and by the time I get home from work, I've got a few minutes to enjoy TV and a beer, then I go to bed. But I might have time today after an errand at the post office.

If I can afford the gas I'll be there. Another member moved down the road from me and also has a 78 Crew, will try and get him to make it but I know he has little ones and been getting all set up in a new state.

If you can't, no worries. Olympic would be quite a drive for a meet.
