Next week I work 2 days and have 5 off. Three of which are vacation days that I have to take or lose.

Ah yes the take them or lose them vacation days. I guess it's the same here more or less. If we don't take them during the year we can't add them to our next years.

I get 3 weeks vacation this year.. It would be good if they would pay you for them if you don't take them.

I have 3 or 4 weeks. I never end up taking them all anyway. We get paid a percentage of money earned and get paid out in June and December.

That sounds good.. Where I worked before I got 160 hours a year and was allowed to keep 200 hours on the books year to year. . Came in handy when I got laid off.

I would be more inclined to take vacation if I got my vacation pay while I was off.

That is when I get mine and I still procrastinate on taking vacation..
