Morning Tiny. We have to finish loading parts on the trailer for the swap meet this morning. Going over this afternoon to get set up. Swap meet opens about 0630-0700 tomorrow. Hope to get rid of some of the parts that I have no more need for!!

 

Good morning Oregon, TGIF! Quite the shift in temps for us. 95 yesterday, 68 today.

 

Good morning Oregon , Pat ,Allen and Tiny. I guess done is sleeping off his cold, about time he took a rest.

 

Morning John; Yes, Don must be sleeping in and taking care of his cold.

Morning Pat, temp here this morning at 0600 was 36*. A bit warned than yesterdays 30*. We got up to about 75* yesterday

 

Morning Johm. I didn't know Don wasn't feeling well. He could use the rest, then.

Allen, that's quite a temperature swing in one day!

 

Pat, that is what fall is like around here; between night time temps and day time, it can triple!!!

Good morning Oregon and everyone everywhere else. 60 on our way to 90(?) and we are currently under a "red flag" warning.


We had a lull in the war so we did a "spur of the moment get the heck out of dodge thing" and took the pickup and camper up the mountain to a little bitty lake not far from here. Spent a couple of days.


Home now............Valley heat, lawyers, MIL and 6 1/2 tons of hay to deal with today and tomorrow. Why did we ever come back?

Good evening Oregon and everyone everywhere else, made it home and survived the day. Right after I got home, Life Flight flew into the "back yard" so stood out there with the neighbors and watched the show.
More hay to deal with tomorrow.........if I can move!

 

Good morning Oregon FTE gang and friends.

12+ hours yesterday at the farm tearing the decking off a deck. Of course it's 12 feet off the ground. Just about every single screw was too rusty to use the drill on so I had to pull each one with a hammer, cats paw and crowbar.

Jim, I hear you in the moving thing. I tried to drink enough water yesterday to avoid muscle cramps... 11/2 gallons wasn't enough.

Headed to Home Depot again. Then out to the farm. At least I'm only working until 3:30 today.
