I have a 1996 F-150 with the big six, and I've just received my 331-M Isky Mile-a-mor cam for this engine.

I went to auto mechanic school and was an auto mechanic briefly 35 years ago before I figured out it was lots easier to stay inside and air conditioned and make money by pushing buttons on a computer. Even though I have the tools and the know-how, I'm entirely too worthless to put this thing in myself, so I'm looking to pay a fair price for professional work to get this cam installed.

Someone recommended Simplex in Providence, but if anyone here knows of a shop with a particular fondness / aptitude for working on 4.9L six, I would love to hear about it.
