Every 20k like freaking clockwork. Crazy misfires and acceleration shudders and CEL galore. Dang EcoBoost burning up plugs!

 

 

This is my 2011 F150 3.5L It is starting to get annoying.

 

Andrew has a 2011 3.5 liter. I'm curious(I think I already asked him), has anyone installed a ccv catch can? Guy at work fills a paint mixing cup with goo every few months.

 

That's crazy. I put a set in around 100K and it has been running great since. I need a battery this year though.

 

Spent hours with my dad at the dealer today tring to find him a truck. They found one and had arranged a dealer transfer but when they sent the paper work over somone bought it. So far there are 4 other max tow trucks within 300 miles they are waiting to hear if the dealer that has them will trade. He might have to order one.

 

My mother in law has 85k ish on her '12 eco boost, never changed them. In fact, only thing I've had to fix is the parking brake cams last month when i did brakes.

 

Andrew and Torr, ill be up in your neck of the woods next weekend for the jeep blessing in Mesick. I'll be parking the camper at interlocken state park. Welcome to come ride the course or try for some beers later, but ya might have to deal with another jeeper or ten. .. lol
