You can go through the hassle of the 203K loan, it will add the value to your mortgage. All the work has to be done by a licensed contractor, I'm just glad I have a buddy that I could run my deal through so I could kind of control it.

Nope I had Tuesday off but i had to come down to GR to work yesterday through tomorrow. He did not get a hold of me on Tuesday.
