have done? nothing. what i did? snapped the acl in the left 4 years ago, and tore the ACL in the right 6 months ago.
i wore a brace on the left for 3 years and on the right for the past 6 months.
the brace helps the body repair the ACL, but the muscles get atrophied from lack of use.
so now we have to stretch the muscles to get range of motion again.

 

yup .weather dudes are calling for either a ho hum, or a oh crap storm.
anywhere from a dusting to 18 inches depending who you want to believe.
currently NOAA is calling for 4-8 inches for me and 8-12 for Steve

some of the tv and radio stations are in sell out to the supermarket mode calling for 24 inches, so people go to the store and buy 6 months worth of provisions.

 

Yeah, because, lord help them, they be trapped in their houses......for a whole day! Gee, maybe even two! Might have to resort to cannibalism....

This was a bonus storm. Instead of 3-6" we got closer to 8"
