Hi no idea on why it's stuck the 8rt needs to be freed up also only bought it for all wide pulley parts and fan and couple of hogshead bell housings the 49 8ba was a runner when it was pulled stripped down to freshen it up also comes with valve removal tools .

I hate ta see ya part it out Bud. I love it. Everything about it. Color is great on it also.
I just wish it was closer and I had a real use for it. I got a 90 W250 and a 66 F350
in the drive now that just sit there cuz I got nothing to haul.
Hang on a bit longer as the price is great and I can't believe
someone isn't snatching it up. Have ya tried E Bay or Craigslist?
