Hi guys,
Well I had a 200,000 mile tune up done in Oct and what a difference it made.
Well it was getting great MPG till about the last 3 to 4 fill ups then dropped. About the same time I started hearing a high pitched whine and I only hear it at idle, I tracked it down to the right head. Could it be a fuel injector going bad? I have never had this issue before and don't have time to take by my shop so any input would be Great.

Sounds more like a vacuum leak. Injectors either click when running or are quiet when not.
