Loud air noise in seats

Hi guys. I got my 10' Navigator back from the body shop (again) and noticed the fan is much louder than it used to be. They had the center console out to replace a module after the accident and now I hear lots of air blowing when I turn on the cooled seats. It's rather annoying and I tried to have the shop fix it, but that didn't work. It used to be very quiet; now I can constantly hear the whooshing of air and I don't want to take it back.

I drove a rental for 30+ days the first time and when I brought it in the last time a 2-day fix turned into a week.

I'm hoping someone here can tell me what might be going on. It still blows cold air through both seats; it's just noisy now.
