Hey I'm new to the site and looking for some answers. Just I little bit bout me, I have been a diesel fanatic since 1998 and have owned numerous. Spent lots of money on performance upgrades on them, just got tired of spending all my money. I now own a 2006 f-250 w5.4 triton has 160000 miles on it. What are my options as far as gaining HP from the motor. I'm already going to have it regeared So what combo works best on my truck? Not looking to try And race a chipped out power stroke, just needs alittle more.
