wiper / tail lamp issue

Greetings,

I have a 2013 F550 diesel with an 18 ft Vulcan flat deck on it. Today I lost my wipers and tail lights (marker lights on deck too).

Is this a result of a relay in front of a fuse? Any suggestions?
