I'm looking for someone in the Phoenix area who's got a 400 or a 351M with long tube headers in their truck. I just need to have a look and see how they fit. I have a 351C in my '71 bumpside and would like to get some headers on it.

Being that the 400 and 351m used the 351Cleveland's heads, headers for them should fit fine.

Or if anyone has this setup who's not in phx area, could you maybe take a few good pictures of them for me?

 

The deck height is different. 351M/400 deck height is almost 10" I believe. Puts the heads higher up and farther apart. IIRC Clevelands have the same deck height as 302s which IIRC is 8"

Sanderson makes shorties

 

Yes I know, but I think they're close enough to work. I just need to see a pair. I know about the sandersons, I don't want shorties.
