Get Together
I have not had much luck with shops (do not use Sun DEVIL Auto, terrible service and terrible prices, they screwed me royal when I had them work on my steering column and it didn't last but about a year). I hate Pep Boys with a passion, they tried to get my dad to replace things he just replaced and they tried to screw my brother and I. Luckily for us, my brother can be a real pain the *** when it comes to getting what he wants, especially when it is rightfully his (I don't know where he got it).
As far as a meeting goes, there is a 4x4 run this Saturday. I will pass along more information as I get it. Just keep posting to this thread. It's out on the West Side of town (meeting somewhere around Avondale and going to the Tonopah area and up to some mild trails, 4x4 isn't really needed).

Cool let me know mostly going to depend on what time all this happens on Saturday, Ill keep checking.
People looking for a shop in Phoenix, I recommend Kelley Auto and Machine on 19th ave & Hatcher. Talk to Troy or Shawn and let them know Trans Am Joe referred ya. Might give you a better deal. They are awesome guys and do great work, at least so far for me. They are currently helping me restore a 1980 Pontiac Trans Am
Seems simple? Not really. Replacing a 301 motor with a slightly beefed 400 and replacing the 200r Tranny with a Turbo 400. All front end etc..
They also work on my wifes 1998 Z28 Camaro as well as my Bronco. So in short I trust these guys. Check em out if you need a shop.

Ok cool, Ill see what I can do, really going to depend on what happens Friday night, 7:00 am is way early for me on a Saturday, still might have blood shot eyes from the night before and to many brewskis
Might also check with a friend, he has an Extera but loves to go wheeling. Never been to the trails your talking about, hope its not to radical, I hate tearing up my truck! Are the paths wide enough or can I expect some Arizona road maps on the side of the vehicle?
