HPOP = no Pressure

Okay I've been working on my HPOP resealing it. I know the bb is in right place. I put gauge on line very little pressure maybe 100 psi. I put on icp sensor hole no pressure. I'm thinking its the IPR valve. I already took it down and cleaned it, but wondering if its the electrical part not working? Is this a sign of bad IPR? Or am I missing something else for no pressure?

Thanks
Chad

Check pressure in the HPOP reservoir, or remove the plug on top of the reservoir and check volume. A good working LPOP means you'll have quite a mess to clean up from the oil coming out of that plug hole.

If you've been messing with the IPR, it's best to find another IPR to test with, but if you want to test the electrical side, apply 12 volts to the solenoid and that should command it to max close (pressure).

Are you sure you got the HPOP drive gear lined up properly with the cam gear and torqued back down? If the drive gear isn't spinning, you won't be pumping any oil.

I'm sure the drive gear is lined up good. I filled the reservoir up and checked many of times. I forgot to put plug in one time and it made a good mess. I torqued it down to 95 ft/lbs. I tried cranking with ICP sensor off nothing. Like I said I put gauge in ICP sensor hole and had no or very little pressure. I put gauge on one of lines and may had 100 psi. I'm gonna get an IPR valve tomorrow and pray it works. The only two other things I know is IPR bad or HPOP bad?. Do you know any other reasons for no pressure.

Air in the system. Blown o-rings or missing plugs in the oil rail. Bad LPOP. Low oil. Bad PCM. Bad starter (low rpm). Blown HPO hose or big leak in the HPO system.

I want to thank everybody for y'all's help. I put a new IPR valve on the HPOP and put it all back together and Boom!!! It fired right up. Truck used to have trouble cranking in the cold, but now fires right up. I fill like I got a new truck now.

Thanks again for y'all's help.
