Thanks for the pictures everyone! Looks like a great time out there!
However I could never figure out how how people don't constantly run into eachother over those ledges and stuff. I understand the flags are for visibility but still there is 30 people running around not paying total attention to everyone else around them and I can imagine it is hard to see a 10' flag over a 20' hill. lol

I had a great time. So did the Bronco LOL. It felt like I went higher than the pics show, but still the pics show quite a bit of air between the Bronco and the ground. Excellent pics, and video, thanks for recording it. I already have the shot of the Bronco totally airborne as my background.
Anyway, here are some of my pics.
Sean pointing to where I launched.
Measuring the distance from where the front wheels hit to the edge of the dune.
The star of the show with no broken bones.
The three trucks involved.
Sean checking under the hood to see if any sand is still there, 80 cal checking the ground for truck pieces that jumped off in sheer terror.
"Look Pa, No feet!"
Cameron's old school '74 with a Cummins shoehorned in. Looks much nicer with the paint job then last year when every body panel was a different color.
Don't know the name of the game they are playing but it sure kept them entertained for awhile. That is Scott (04badford) on the left, with his daughter Christina, aka Lil Bubbles in the center, and I believe that is Joshua, Stewart's son on the right. Hard to tell with that hoodie on.
Of course I had to bring down the Nor Cal banner. The wind was so strong the first day that we had to weigh it down with a receiver hitch from a Chevy.
When you go to the biggest sand box in California, it helps to bring along a sand toy. 80cal loved it, which is cool, because I brought down just for him to play with.
Now here is something you don't see everyday. A home made slow cooker. Made by Scott. Two parts water heater, one part propane tank, and four parts lawnmower wheels. The misty weather on Saturday made for a long cook though, as did the late arrival of the cook, who succeeded in getting stuck in the sand within 5 minutes of getting there. Aided somewhat by the fact that his truck was two wheel drive, and had bald tires on it to boot.
Taken Sunday morning before most of us decided to leave. Scott and Sean had left the night before, but Scott came back for his cooker since it was too hot to handle when they left Saturday night.
And those are the more interesting ones. I do have some shots of the dunes, and the ocean etc, but I figure most of you have seen Pismo before, so why show static shots of the beach?
