Good Ford diesel mechanic in Cent Fl?

Does anyone know of a reliable Ford dealership in the Orlando area that works on the diesels? I'd like to find someone trustworthy that knows the 6.0L.

Where are you abouts? I'm not too keen on any Ford dealers as I work on my own stuff. What is wrong with it? I may ask my buddy if he'd be willing to touch it if you'd be willing to drive up to Lake County. He doesn't really like the 6-0's so I'll have to play it by ear.

Thanks Polaris. I'm in Orlando and really looking for someone who knows and wants to work on the 6.0L for future needs. Just in case anything pops up.

There's a really good ex dealer diesel mechanic in Casselberry that my company uses. He repairs all Ford diesels, including the 6.0. It's a small shop but his work is excellent and he's cheaper than the dealer.

His name is Myron-407-405-2391.

I realize this thread is old but I really need a good Ford 7.3 mechanic and I don't want to go to any of the "Stealerships" and pay their outlandish rates for swapping parts.
Does your buddy still work on these older Fords? (1997 F Superduty)
Thanks in advance.

I would HIGHLY recommend Myron.
He installed my BPD oil & egr coolers and did a GREAT job.
He is an ex-Ford Dealer Diesel mechanic and knows his stuff.

Up in the Ocala area, Williams Diesel has been pretty good for friends who don't have time to work on their own trucks. Haven't heard anything positive about the dealerships in the area.

Also in Ocala is

North East Auto & Truck Services
3641 NE 36th Ave
Ocala, FL 34479
(352) 867-7400

I've used them before. They are all former dealer techs and REALLY know their stuff. There prices are MUCH less than the dealer.
