Sounds to me like Sleepr doesn't have much room to work in there.
That works very good. I have even welded a washer to one that is broke off flush and then weld the nut to the washer. It is hard in tight quarters, though!

just dont break that extractor off in there i did ended up sealing it up with gasket sealer and drilling a new hole. ended up working out.

The lower bolt will not come out. I have tried two different extractors. It looks like my only option is going to be drilling a new hole. What do I need to watch for when doing this?

Make sure no drilling s fall into the engine, use grease around the drill bit area to catch the metal. Start with a small drill bit to create a pilot hole. Then go bigger. Use a heli-coil set will be the best.

Wait, are you drilling a new hole like Ray or re-threading the hole like Eddie?

I drilled two new holes into the broken bolts and tapped them. I thought about using a helicoil, but I already had the tap set here. I was thinking about doing a top end kit, and now I have one more reason to do it.
