We bought our first one with 150 miles on 1-5-06... It had 430K when insurance totaled it out 4-24-08... It had all the goodies... Our second one we bought in 2010 with 84k on it.. it is still going strong with just over 774 K ... yes 774K ... We had it studded at 100K with APR , at around 550 K we pulled the engine due to lifters...
And yes our truck gets more attention than I do, but I don't mind

Bought mine in 06 back in October of 2005 brand new. First Ford truck ever. Has 101000+ on it now. 4" turbo back exhaust with Cat retained. Cold Air intake and aftermarket intake elbow. Power Programmer III at the lowest setting. She runs great.
Had to have the turbo removed and cleaned about 10,000 miles ago. Also changed both batteries about two years ago. Other than that just oil/filter changes and tires.
However, earlier this year the batteries started going dead if it sits for about three weeks. Trying to figure out the issue now. Charging system is putting out 14.4volts. Batteries charged over night and load tested to about 770-830 amps. Did a draw test and my DVOM is showing .03 amp draw with everything turned off.
But if I have to start it three or four times in a row when it is cold the last try and not enough juice to crank her over to start. So I don't know now. Ideas? Bruce

Bought my 05 M.Y. new in October of 2004. Just like a good looking woman, I was thrilled when we first met, then had a few problems. She was an expensive little ***** for a while but we've been to counseling and are getting along very well since. Now I think I've got her trained (upgraded) enough to where I can count on her to bring me breakfast in bed every morning and keep me smiling all night long.
Glad I didn't divorce her. It came close for a while there but we've got that lovin' feelin' back. She's a sweeeet little princess.

Got my 05 F-250 6.0L, Dec.2004, it had 78,000 miles was still running well, with no problems at the time I traded it in. Just purchased a 2014 F-350 gas 6.2L I hope this lasts as long as the 05 did!

Bought mine new in 2006. 136k miles now. Running great.
Major stuff:
Updated one-piece HPOP fitting. BPD EGR cooler proactively installed at the same time, the OEM cooler was not leaking.
Ed repaired the FICM (not really major, but the original died on a vacation trip)
Head studs installed at apprx. 100k miles (when warranty expired) not because they were needed, but because I wanted the added reliability for running Matt's SRL+ tune. Milled 0.002 off of the heads. Updated the dummy plugs and standpipes at the same time.
BPD water pump (nice pump btw) since 100k miles - installed as a test unit, not because the OEM pump had problems.
Have run synthetic oil since 15k miles - never had any injector problems (hope to get 270k miles like Heavy Assault).
Switched to ELC Ultra coolant (from the Ford Gold) at 100k miles. Changed because I like the ELC Ultra's molybdate chemistry, I had no issues with the Ford Gold. Running OEM oil cooler. EOT/ECT split - has always been 6-8 degrees. Coolant filter was installed EARLY in the trucks life. First filter change had a LOT of granular solids. Have not seen the solids again since.
