Not too bad, had some outside repairs today and the temps were up in the 40's!

I am hoping the wamer temps hang in there to clear the ice out of my driveway, It is gravel and dosen't get that much sun in some spots. I really don't care for using salt.

I use salt during the winter on my sidewalks and my steps. But I use it sparingly. I tend to prefer to get it down to bare concrete and wood. Only use a little bit until the side walk and steps stay dry overnight. After that I dont put anymore down. And I will sweep up the excess.

Depends on which musket I am making rounds for. For the charleville I use a .69 caliber round weighing in at 460 grains and 75 grains of double f black powder. for my bess I shoot a .72 caliber round weighing in at 550 grains and back it with 75 grains of double f black powder. The bess I could shoot a .75 caliber round but I prefer the undersized rounds.

Interesting. In my modern muzzleloaders, when I use round ball and patch it is a 50 cal aprox.180 grain ball and 80 grains of pyrodex ffg equiv.
