Hypermax sells them. I think ATS does as well. I'm going to install one from a 2000 PSD on The Enterprise. Basically what you need to do is take the air from the turbo to the cooler, then back into the engine. I'm going to get some piping and rubber hoses to make the connections, as to accomodate the vibrations from the engine.
