Air been coming and going lately on my truck. Looked under hood and seen belt starting to try to walk off pulley. Air compressor making noises but still spins. Do you think it's the clutch going out in it?

I would look at the tensioner assembly first. When they go bad the pulleys cam out of plane and the belts start to shred. You might try taking the belt off, get a straight edge and see of all the pulleys are on the same plane.
