Biodiesel water heaters, are these good?

I picked up a number of 240v I believe, 50 gallon water heaters, ball valve drain on bottom, in and out on top plus pressure relief and electrical hookup.

8 total, pulled from service for an apartment remodel... Would that kind be good for making Biodiesel?

that's pretty much what we use. Google "Appleseed processor" or "Upsidedown Appleseed" for design ideas. Ours has a 1 hp pump instead of the smaller. If i were to make another I would probably invert it (supposed to have better drainage)
