Heres what im getting:Diamond Eye | 122004 | Downpipe 3" AL: 1994-1997.5 Ford 7.3L Powerstroke F250/f350
This should bolt right in to the turbo and replace the downpipe and muffler right, and bolt on? I did not know how good that gear vendor is until you guys told me all about it.

You would in my opinion be better off doing the whole system with this: Riffraff Diesel: Diamond Eye 4" Turbo Back Exhaust (offroad)

My only problem going that way, well its a little more expensive but i have a d-celerator unit installed just pass where this new down pipe would install right on.

If you buy just the downpipe it doesn't replace the muffler or cat on a stock system. I haven't caught up on you pictures, but since your exhaust is modded its hard telling how it will fit in.

I looked at my exhaust and comparing to the 2 peice down pipe i ordered it seems that i take the down pipe off and unbolt the two bolts right infront of the muffler, then the new dp will install right in place with the clamp on the turbo and the two bolts will bolt right on to the stock pipe heading towards the back.

You should be able to buy pipe from a local exhaust shop for cheap. My '97 came with the diamond eye 4" exhaust with a muffler. I replaced the muffler with a straight pipe for $35 including clamps.

Do you guys think its a little strange to have 2 exhaust brake systems? I can't see how adding a second system would help. Maybe I'm wrong, but I was just thinking...

EDIT: If you still have the cat in the exhaust, I would definately remove or gut it. That thing is a horsepower/mpg robber.

Ok thats what i will do if i have a problem, and haha yeah he has the pac break with all the lines installed, i just need the acutal unit which sits on the turbo. For some reason the guy that put all the gear vendors and stuff on took the pac brake.off. But then I have the d-celerator which is all hooked up. I am the 3rd owner, 2nd owner only had it to pull his 5th wheel well he sold that so he sold the truck. The 1st owner made this truck to pull. He put a lot of money into this built tranny with the gear vendors.

When you go to upload more pictures try copying the IMG code from photbucket and pasting them into your post. Then the images will show up in your post and we won't have to click on the links (or save them like I have to on my work computer) to view them.

No need to appologize, thats just a helpful hint. We used to have to upload them to FTE and copy codes, but that was a PITA. Photobucket is much easier to use.

Very sharp truck! And being from Florida you have the perks of minimal rust!

Mine is a rust free Georgia truck, but I live in Illinois in the good ole salt belt, so I decided to park it and find something else to drive. Wanna keep her as good as I can for as long as I can.

You will learn much around here, were a pretty easy going bunch, and welcome any and all questions. There's a lot of incredibly knowledgeable guys here. Once you start on mods you won't be able to stop (and you bank acct will show it! lol)

Congrats on the new truck and welcome!

Thanks! The only bad rust you will get here is if you live on the ocean, but I live about 3 miles from the ocean so I'm safe.
