Drove past that exit on the way to Indio. Will be filling up here, regular is only $3.27 a gallon, it is even cheaper than Fresno!

Thanks, will be leaving Indio in about 20 minutes, want to fill up the tank before I go. There are no fast food places in the vicinity of this Motel 6, so I will get there early and have breakfast.

I have a second FRS radio, which I was going to bring for anyone who wanted to tote it. But I only had enough AAA batteries for one of them. I blame my wife. But anyway, I will bring the spare and anyone who wants to bring 4 each triple-A batteries with them can use it.

 

We're bringing a couple of them also, and I've got a whole slew of AAA's in the truck.
