1986 for the 300, early 1985 for the 302, 1987 for the 351 and 460.

What was the last year of carburetor???
Just interested...why don't you want fuel injection...starts easier in winter, runs better, better at off camber situations, better throttle response....I won't get a truck without it.

I sure agree with that. I had an 84 4.9 with the carb and now have a 91 fuel injected. I prefer it 10 to one over the 84 but I suppose it is a matter of taste.
