I had a no start condition this am. About 10 f outside. I did put some powerservice in the night before. Looked into it some more this evening, only had 150 psi of hpo. I removed the ipr to find the screen ripped with fragments of yellow rubber on it and throughout the ipr. I did install a new ipr, oil cooler and an updated screen last winter. Any ideas where this yellow rubber (oring) would have come from. My plan is to remove the hpop and oil rails and try to remove as much of the debris as possible.

Nothing yellow comes to mind yet

Hard to say whether or not to throw a New IPR at it and Go for it

Only thing comes to mind is Oil Filters?? OEM

You're a Regular here so I assume your running OEM Filters

Use anything yellow when you did the Oil Cooler??? IDK Its Also been along time since so kinda slim chance there

05+ HPOP o-ring kit...

Either way, the o-ring is for the reservoir to HPOP seal.

Update. I removed the hpop and the inlet oring is intact. I have an updated screen under the oil cooler. I assume there are orings internal to the hpop. Being no other place other than the hpop where the rubber could have come I am going to replace it. Unless anyone has any other ideas?

Maybe that original o-ring finally spit out into the IPR...

It gets better. Updated intake screen is ripped. Full of rubber pieces. The seal on the upper part of the oil cooler, not the xooler its self, but the top aluminum part is torn ripped and chewed up beyond believe. I will post pics when I get home.
