1) 2wd C6 underdrive (1:1/1.25:1). Complete with all electronics and adapters, all you would need a shortened driveshaft.
$500 OBO
2) 2wd T-18/19 overdrive (1:1/0.8:1). Gearbox adapters and control switch/wiring though I do not have the indicator light.
These are both Doug Nash DNE2 boxes in good shape. These are electrically shifted constant mesh 2 speed auxiliary transmission that work the same way as a 2 speed rear axle and are very useful for gear splitting in a tow rig. The actual gear box uses a 6 bolt input flange identical to a 80-96 ford transfer case input though it will not directly bolt up to a 4wd trans output (same bolt pattern but it needs a ~3/4" thick clocking ring). The C6 unit is a 31 spline input so it could be installed on a 4wd trans with the right clocking ring. The T-18/19 box is a 32 spline input.
These are very heavy duty highly reliable units. Some people are leery of them due to a perceived tendency for the shift motor to fail and a lack of replacement parts. I am not sure how true this actually is, but both the motor and the control switch are off the shelf 2 speed axle parts and can be had for under $50. The unit could also be easily adapted to the later US Gear control system that eliminates the control switch in the gear box and it reportedly more reliable.

The T-19 unit I have for sale is an overdrive - 25% overdrive. Effectively it makes the T-19 into a 5 speed with overdrive similar to a ZF5. It has the added benefit of letting you split gears though so you turn your 4 speed into an 8 speed trans with overdrive.
The C6 box is an underdrive that acts like a lower first gear.
The unit bolts onto the rear of the transmission - same as a Gear Vendors.
This is an auto trans, but same idea.
