I will be doing a frame off restoration on this truck starting next year after I get my shop built. I will be finding parts for it and planning my build. Thanks for checking it out.
Looks like you've got a nice solid truck there! Should be a great truck for a restoration.
Is that a 67 Galaxie or Fairlane front clip I see on the back of the truck in the one picture?
Yes it is ! I think? BobJ got it after I won the auction . He bid on some other things to but that front clip is off a galaxie but he would know the year.

I use to have a 67 Galaxie. I thought that Front clip looked kind of familiar.
What's your plans for the box/bed of the truck? Are you going with a steel dump truck box on it? Or sticking with a flatbed?
I tried to buy this truck but was beat out . So I found this 52 and I m going to build it nicer then this one . I hope ! This truck was and is very nice! But I like the color so.... I think this is the color of my new dump truck!
That's a nice color combination. My dad's first truck was a 40 Ford that was red with black fenders & running boards.
That grille guard on the 56 looks more like an import killer!! I like it.
Going to pick this truck up I was wishing I had it on my 2006 ford.I all most hit two bucks (one was a 8 point and one was a big big 12 point ) and two Bambi's
