Pics wanted, Any superdutys with 6-8" lift, and 36-38" MTZs

Pics wanted, Any superdutys with 6-8" lift, and 36-38" MTZs or 39.5" Pitbull Rockers. Trying to decide how high/how big to go? My truck is not a daily driver.

I looked in the FTE Suspension/Wheel/ Tire section, but there's not much variety. It's all, "I've got Toyo's", or "I've got Nitto's". Those are nice tires, but I just have different taste, and on top of it really pissed that Mickey and Dick Cepek won't make anything like the old super wide Baja Belted tires. I had the 18/39/16.5s on my 96 F-250 for 8 years. They would go through anything, and rode perfectly smooth with 6" of suspension lift at 65 mph on pavement.

Thanks in advance....

6" lift. At the moment they are 35" cooper but usually run the 37" Toyo mud terrain.

Here is a poor pic with the 37" I'll try and find a better pic with 37".

Ya, I bought the headlights about 8 months after they came out from an aftermarket source, can't remember who. The front bumper got a little crushed from a snow cat and replaced it with an XL and had it painted to match the truck. The rear is still stock chrome kinda ghetto but no one really paid attention until I pointed it out. Future plan is to get steel bumpers and have them powder coated to match. The mirrors I just did this summer with the heat, running lights, and turn. I the second pic with the front shot you can see the 99 style mirrors. There the 05-07 style not the 08. Wanted to much $$. I also put in the cab lights above the windshield, The truck didn't come with them and I like they way they look.

Thanks for the input Joe. Great looking truck. I was just looking at the 6.5" Pro Comp lift on Ebay. Swampers are cool, but they tend to run a bit narrow.

Checked your album, very nice job, well done. You definitely get the details right. ..And dig those pics in the snow; my favorite time to be in my truck..

So you installed the lift yourself? How long did it take?

Thanks for the comments it's much appreciated, I did do the lift myself which overall took about a week, I took the time while it was apart to try and clean up the rust and stuff that had accumulated over the years and coat it all with POR 15. If I had just been doing the lift it's probably a 2 day job maybe 3 if it's really screwing with ya. I've had the 35's now for awhile and it's time for 37's. Save yourself some time and money and go 37" you'll thank yourself in the end.

Would love to go 8" and 38x15.50, but the MTZs in that profile are only available now in 20" rim size, and I just don't want that "urban" look". The profile of the 36 MTZ (375/65R-16) is nice and wide. I haven't seen any 37's wider than 13.50. For sure not the MTZs.

I have some 16.5x12 Eagle Alloys to fit the Superduty, and have been planning to go with the 39.5/16.5/16.5 Pitbull Rockers, since they come close to the size of the old Baja Belteds, but the tread is pretty aggressive.

Mickey Thompson is really disappointing because I think they have the best tire designs, but they keep stopping production on everything I really want.

Do you work for Davis, or are you one of the Davis's?

No dont work for nor am I a Davis. Just went though some pictures on my computer real quick looking for some trucks that had a similar setup to what you are looking for. Though since you mention Davis off road I think they bought the mold for the 39x18r16.5 baja belteds I saw they were selling some a while back you may want to check with them and see if the have any or when the next run is going to be.

I'll try to be brief, and not angry:
I've been in their office numerous times + numerous phone calls to them over the last 2+ years. Yes they had the 'license' to manufacture the 39" Baja Belted. They told me the mold broke back in like 2006-7, and it would be approx. $500,000 to make a new one so they gave up.

They 'took down' my name and number numerous times and they said they would call me because they knew of several sets "like brand new" that were only used on show trucks. I've seen they have had tires for sale on CL (and what's the $98 processing fee for used tires?), but I never heard a word from them.... Then that blue Superduty shows up recently with 5 beautiful 39" Mickeys! I have cash to spend on tires but I think they just want to sell trucks...
