When I disassembled my truck I was able to twist the bolts in half with a ratchet. About 5 bolts in i switched to cutting as well. It only takes so many to do this before you work smarter, not harder.

20 degree whether is just awful. Awful.

20% weather is just great. No sweat in the eyes and no damn bugs.
Woman and kids say inside and out of your hair.
You can work twice as long because ya don't over heat.
Ya can drink lots of Hot coffee and that helps keep ya going as well.
And best of all it is dry. No rain or puddles or mud to wallow in.
And long sleeves and a coat to help from getting skinned up or burned
from welding or cutting.
I really do fined I work better and longer in cold weather as long as it
aint blowing a hurricane.

I rolled the frame outside and took the cab off last night with a couple of friends.

I think I will be able to put the whole truck body on the 5'x10' trailer when its all broke down.

Also moved the frontend clip and the bed inside, ready to start breaking them down now.

Im going to try to sell the flathead V8 & rolling frame as is.

But I meet my first goal by getting the F-1 body off the frame by thanksgiving!

Whatever happened with this build? I've been absent for a while and was wondering about how this was turning out.
