i have lots of cardboard templates...you have a cardboard welder?
I got a 4x8 sheet of 18gauge and about 2sq ft of 11gauge.(1/8")
to the tune of like 63$

or I could have gotten a nice rust free support for 500?

Im a family man...not gonna do it..wouldnt be prudent ..lol

I will have to charge by the hr...it was time consuming fitting for tig together but joints....its far from perfect but I think it will outlast the rest of the truck since it has 327xxx now...twice that is 654xxx...wow...we will see . Now I have to get it covered

I still owe you for the hook up on the ic though so Ill cut the labor rate in half lol

No fancy cardboard welder or tig, but I do have a decent mig in the shop right now.

how bad is it really?
