help!!! antifreeze in spark plug well
so i decided to save some money and replace the dreaded 5.4 spark plugs in my '06 F250...all was going well- took my time and slowly worked each plug. Got them all out. was in the process of putting everything back together when disaster struck. I removed the coolant overflow reservoir to make it easier to get to the plugs on the driver side. i also disconnected a coolant line on the passenger side to gain access to those plugs. i decided to put the driver sad all back together, and then move on to the passenger side. when i reinstalled the overflow coolant reservoir, it must have started pushing coolant through and began spilling out the hose i disconnected on the passenger side. I moved as quick as possible, but the passenger side spark plug wells filled up with coolant. the new plugs are in, but i hadn't put back the ignition coils on that side yet.
anyone have any recommendations on how to get the fluid out? i tried compressed air, and got most of it out, but there's still the tiny puddles at the bottom around the base of the plug.
Help?! anybody!?
