Yesterday I took the '58 down to let Mike and his boss and co-worker check it out. That was the most I've driven the beast. I need to flush and refill the brakes but the ride wasn't too exciting.

I would think any time you take a ride in a '58 that it would be exciting

When I think of exciting I am comparing it to jumping from a plane with nothing but a large piece of silk to keep you from becoming a puddle in your own boots. So, a '58 that requires you to pump the brake pedal once then they grab on the second push of the pedal is a nice tame drive.

My truck has "seasonal" power brakes... as soon as it gets below 30 degrees, the power assist goes away, lol... I guess maybe it needs a new vacuum booster or something.
