Those damn 20's get pricey. I need to put another one on the back of the truck. I had one get a nail in the sidewall in August, and had to replace it. I'd like to at least get the pair the same mileage, need to do that this next payday. Damn tires are 365 a piece!

I have Mickey Thompsons on the truck now. I didn't buy them, my son did when he had the truck.

I run the same Goodyears that came with it from the factory. They've worn really well. With religously rotating them at ever 6K, I got 60K out of the last set.

That is good. I have another set of wheels and tires in the garage that may go back on the truck when these tires wear out.. Which may be pretty soon since he didn't rotate them when he had it. I got them rotated and the front end aligned a couple weeks ago.

I need to look into new shocks also. Not sure if I'm going to stay with the Ranchos, or maybe go with something like Bilsteins for it.

Mine are gettting worn. Been holding out as long as I could, but it's time to change them. I need to start pricing them out.

Yeah, I'll have to keep my eye out. I'll have to ask around, and see where guys are getting them.

I probably should look for shocks for all my vehicles. They are all getting long in the tooth..

I will wait until next spring before i even think of doing it. I may have a hole in the garage so I can do it inside by then.

I should have my new heater in the next few days, so that will certainly help. I don't work in the cold-period!

I don't have a dedicated heater in my garage. I have several portable electric heaters though and a diesel/kerosene forced air heater and a kerosene space heater.

This one I ordered is a portable, 240V electric forced air. It'll work until it gets really cold. I just need to hope for a warm winter!
