BruteFord, I saw in your original posting you had to wiring harnes for a 1988. Do you still have these? I have a 1987 Ford Bronco, auto/302 fuel injected, my underhood wiring is shot. It is giving me all kinds of problems. If you have a mostly complete harness I would be interested in buying it. Thanks

Yes and no, I have two almost complete firewall forward harnesses both from 88 F250s, however one is diesel the other 6 cylinder and manual trans. Of what I have the 6cyl/manual one would work best for you but you'll have to combine it with the one you have to adapt it to your V8/auto. I don't know how well that would work out. FWIW this 88 also has the cruise wiring going through the firewall as a separate harness bundled with the vacuum line, not bundled with everything else. To the best of my recollection it's only defect is that I took the plug and a bit of wire for the small wire of the starter solenoid from it to fix another. Other then that it's in great shape.

I really dont know much about the 6cyl ford trucks. I dont know what the diffence between the two of them are. I dont want to get into something that is going to be more work than what I already have. I really would like to find a good plug and play harness or at least a matching one. Do you know what years I can use? Thanks

Well 2 less injectors and everything is in a different location.

No I can't say for sure, I can say that so far my experience with Ford wiring harnesses has been surprising. Ford is generally pretty good about their stuff being consistent and adaptable, not so much with wiring. While a lot is of course the same from year to year and option to option, more then you might expect is different, small differences, but they add up. Frankly unless your wiring harness is completely toast, like the truck caught fire or something I suggest fixing the one you have. Grab a good wiring diagram and another close enough harness from another truck and fix the one you have. Use the wiring diagram as a guide and the other harness for parts, for example wires of the right color and plug, and go to it.

I'm doing this with one of my trucks now, the headlight switch caught fire with the PO taking out much of the left side of the dash. I have two other dash harnesses from similar trucks but there's so many small variations that I can't just use the complete harness from either. So I'm removing all the burnt parts from it and replacing them with good parts taken from the other harnesses.

I've got a 1986 f250 2wd with a 4.9l 300 under the hood and I've been looking for axle pivot drop brackets for a 2 or 4 inch lift or a set of dual exhaust manifolds from a 90s ford or headers

Truck was stock height, no drop brackets, and already sold the EFI exhaust manifolds.

Are they in good shape? How much would you charge for a set?

Kick panels are, I remember cause I just took them out, I'll have to get back to you on the pillar covers. I think the drivers side pillar cover has a couple screw holes from a previous owner mounting something there. Just those 4 pieces?

I'll send you a PM after I take another look this weekend.

Any of your 80-86 trucks dual tank? I need a filler neck for the rear tank (metal piece).
