Brake Pressure Switch Input Malfunction

Brake Pressure Switch Input Malfunction
2003 Ford Ranger Edge 3.0 4x2.
My ABS light is on, code C1939 (Brake Pressure Switch Input Circuit Malfunction), and the ABS is randomly pulsating the brakes when I come to a stop and am going less than 10mph.
I ran the Ford test procedure, and it deemed my brake pressure switch(cruise control switch) as faulty. So I replaced it, with no change.
It feels like the ABS isn't getting a signal from the Brake Pressure Switch. I've pulled the terminals from the BPS connector to check for corrosion and found nothing. I'm getting power to the brake pressure switch when the truck is on, so I know it isn't a power issue. Grounds are clean and clear. It kinda seems as if the BPS is simply unplugged. Every fuse is good, tested both visually and with my multi-meter.
My truck is a 2003 with the updated BPS and wiring, so I know this isn't related to the 94-2002 recalls.
Anybody have any idea what could be wrong? I'm beginning to think I might have an issue with my ABS control module.

Hello Fordzilla80, I was doing some research and came across your old post that no one responded to. Yet, I am having the same problem now. I scanned for codes and also got the C1939 Brake Pressure Switch failure. You said you replaced the switch but it didnt help. I am assuming since this was 4 years ago that by now you have solved the problem. Can you tell me what the fix was? Did you end up replacing the ABS module? My brakes also pulse at about 10mph and its driving me crazy.
