95 F150 changed PSOM not it beeps constantly...

I have tried to look this up but a while back my speedo/odometer stopped working and i thought it was the PSOM so i bought a new cluster that had a tach in it. I later found out i blew a fuse but i gained a tachometer out of the whole venture so i just left the cluster as is and today i had spare time so i switched the PSOM boards in order for it to display the correct mileage. After doing to The truck now beeps 3 times every 10 seconds no matter what i do, i tried resetting it by holding the reset button but nothing. I did not switch the whole middle speedo part just the boards because the newer one was cleaner lol. I have been trying to google different ways to reset it but have had no luck does anyone have any ideas? It works fine just beeps now which is gonna drive me nuts after a while.

I was not aware the PSOM had a buzzer/chime. I suspect something else was knocked loose when you did the swapping.

All I did was unplug the 3 cluster plugs and plug it back in. I don't have dual tanks so the connector doesnt do anything. The only other plug was the odometer lcd but that works.

Do you have air bags? Sounds like the airbag module is not seeing the AIRBAG light in the cluster. It will beep when the lamp is burnt out/missing

When you swapped the cluster, was it with in the correct year range? You may have a diffrent year cluster and the airbag light is not connected. May have to repin the harness if so.

Lol thats exactly it I removed the light because it keeps flashing and I can't get it to stop. It flashes once waits a second then two for times. Just use to bother me at night so I replaced it with a burnt out bulb. Any idea how to fix the flashing? It is also withing the year range btw I checked before purchasing it.

Are you sure it flashes '2' four times in a row and not three? Because code 12 (single flash, pause, two flashes) is 'no battery power to one of the power feeds' or 'low battery voltage at module' and code 22 (double flash, pause, double flash) is 'safing center output circuit has shorted to battery voltage'. There is something horribly wrong with your wiring or your module for that and you need to fix that right away - an unsafe airbag is *literally* a bomb waiting to go off in your face.

You may have a couple of wires cross connected too.

Thanks for the info, it is 1 flash pause 2 flashes, i was having a starting issue and found out that it was a bad ground battery feed i had originally thought that may be it but apparently not. The truck was in an accident before i purchased it from my friend, the original bumper was bent and the header panel was cracked. The air bags were never deployed but if I'm sitting on a can of worms waiting to be opened then I may just punt the project and get another OBS that is more like what I want.

Correct, the tach ckusters are pkug and play sctually if they are withing the correct year range. There were several different eiring layouts so only certain year clusters will work. My buzzing noise is indeed the air bsg light because it is burn out, I will replace the bulb tomorrow then chase down my flashing code.
