77 300 6cyl fan removal

I have a 77 f100 Custom with a 300 inline 6cyl. My question is on the fan removal. It doesn't have a fan clutch. There are a total of 5 bolts holding the fan blade on. The center bolt, is it left handed threads? I was able to to remove the 4 surrounding bolts but the center bolt didn't seem to want to budge. I'm thinking it is reversed threaded.
Thx for the help.

I don't think that center "bolt" is actually a bolt. Rather, it is the alignment boss on the fan spacer.

Agreed, the center is simply an alignment pilot for the fan. Once you removed the 4 actual fan bolts, the fan and spacer SHOULD come right off, however, it is not uncommon for corrosion to cause the fan to stick to the pilot, and /or the spacer to stick to the water pumps pilot. usually a couple of taps with a hammer will pop it off.
