Mine were cracked and broken and I almost choked when I saw the cost of new door panels. I took mine apart and glued them back together. I filled in the cracks, sanded them down and painted them with plastic paint. Then snaps were all busted off so I attached them to the doors with finish washers. The darn drivers side cracked again when I was screwing the panel onto the door, note the upper left screw in the picture, I said the heck with it and left it that way. They look pretty good and with a retired income and a lot of time on my hands it was definitely the cheaper route.
These are mine, still a work in progress. For interior panels, I always use 1/8" ABS as a backer. Easy to form and cut. 1/4" landau foam on top, then cover with your choice of material. I used brown leather for the main panel, and black leather with diamond pleats on another piece of ABS for the insert.
Those are really nice. You should sell those armrest. I'm gonna have someone else cover mine, I've never done it before and probably will never need to again.
